MC Sports Black Friday

It had been a good spot to work during college. We found lots of fun co employees around my age just who hated the establishment and administration in so far as I performed. We invested a lot of time making fun regarding the shop and administration and HR and intentionally selecting never to assist customers.

No body that worked there actually cared in regards to the shop. Particularly product sales. Staff members were taking in multiple techniques and everybody knew and simply don't care. They made you run Black Friday, no excuses and paid you overtime, some time half if you handled real Thanksgiving. Really, the week after Thanksgiving, they slashed your hours because "it became sluggish" for a period, therefore working onThanksgiving and having that more than time essentially evened itself out to working your normal pay and hours.

The administration was constantly actually catty and backstabbing to each other. These people were constantly lying to workers and each various other. These were sneaky and mightn't be reliable. The administration was angry since they had no life outside MC Sports. Normally they would get screwed into working above 40 hours per week however they had been salary so that it didnt really make a difference.

In addition, store manager would also come in late by an hour or so or more or leave one hour early and never notify the manager available until he had been already late, which caused stress involving the store manager and assistant managers.
